My website project!

     Our sixth project was a website project. Our task was listening an interview and writing an essay about it. So, I and my friend Büşra 

have listened an interview on BBC Radio 4 .

The interviewer is Mark Lawson and the interviewee is Julia Roberts. The interview is about Julia Roberts' last movie '' Eat  Pray Love '' which is ranked at box offices. They talked about the film from many aspects. And the topics in the interview are her role as a main character in the film , her success , her power and the quality of Hollywood. The interviewer started the interview with a brief introduction of Julia Roberts. He talked about her becoming noticed for her ability to play both smily and serious roles. We also have learned from the introduction that she was nominated for Academy Award for Best Actress twice time. And then Mark Lawson mentioned about her dramas (such as Closer ) and her comedies (such as Nothing Hill) and her last film '' Eat Pray Love'' . Interviewer played a three distinct theatrical section from the movie.

       First section was from Italy; second section was from India , and the last section was taken from Bali.Three sections were chosen intentionally because in the film the leading character travelled three countries. She learned how to eat in Italy , how to pray in India and how to love in Bali.
      After these theatrical sections, interviewer asked his first question. His question was about the criticism of the film. The film was adopted from the book 'Eat Pray Love' of Elizabeth Gilbert. Criticism was about whether the film was too reverantial to the book or not. The interviewer constructed a polite atmosphere and respected the interviewee's answers. After the criticism, the interviewer asked his follow up questions about Lizz as a main character of the movie. Because Roberts played as a Lizz in the movie , she explained her ideas about the character. After talking about the movie, the interviewer asked Roberts whether she feels power in doing what she wants and whether there is quality in Hollywood or not. Her answers were very clear and kind. She didn't hesitate to answer any question. Her asnwers were not short because she added informations about the movie and herself. Lastly, They talked about the discrepancy in movie sector. The interview finished after Roberts' answer.

If we were the interviewer , we would ask to Julia Roberts:
1. Among all the characters you played in your movies, which one suits your character the most?
2.Is there any important role you didn't want to play and so rejected? Why?

The best word that describes me: METICULOUS !

In fact, nobody has only one specific feature. But if I have to choose a word for myself, I select the word ' Meticulous' . Meticulousness is my distinct feature. It is my obsession. For example, when I wash my hands , I soap them at least five times. Being happy while cleaning, using Domestos all the times , being addicted to the odors of cleaning materials ... I don't know whether it is sickness or not . It's up to you ! :) :)

It is our first project. The aim of the project is 'repurposing' . I repurpose the zipper . I created a pencilcase by sewing the zippers. Interesting and useful :) Try and see !
